Fiduciary administration

In close cooperation with renowned credit institutions, we offer the fiduciary management of third-party assets. A special bank account must be kept for this purpose – the escrow account. We conclude a trust agreement with the trustors to manage the trust account.

This gives us rights that the account holder usually has. The trust agreement regulates which obligations we have to fulfill as trustees and how the trust assets are to be used.
